that sounds so demeaning. 
i don't treat secretaries/drivers/subs like
that. in fact for external comm, i refer to them as my colleagues
to the other party.
I didn't mean it quite like that lah, but they are below you in the
org chart.
I'm pretty much at the bottom of mine too. If my org is a pond
ecosystem, I'm the algae.
